CONTAINER TRUCKING RATES (FCL)
DESCRIPTION OF FCL TRUCKING CHARGES
The following pages are round trip point rates. They include pick up of empty or load at Pt. Elizabeth/Newark/Jersey City pier terminal, delivery to local consignee destination, and return of load or empty to original pier terminal. The point rates listed are flat rates and the size of the container does not matter. Our company allows two hours free time at consignee destination. When applicable, accessorial charges will be added to the invoice when the additional service is warranted. The list of charges is below for your information. Any charges expended on the clients behalf (i.e. DAD, Demurrage, etc.) will be added to our invoice with a receipt enclosed. All other rates are quoted by mileage distance by our rate department.

FCL Fuel Surcharge Index Agreement
The local diesel fuel price overall average as published by the AAA (http://www.fuelgaugereport.com/NJmetro.asp) each Monday will be used to determine the fuel surcharge applicable for shipments that actually shipped on that Monday and shall remain effective through the following Sunday. The table below provides the applicable fuel surcharge amounts that will be enforced for this business..
